When you win an auction, the total amount you pay may consist of three parts:
Hammer price (your winning bid)
Buyer’s Protection Fee
Shipping and/or import taxes (if applicable)
Buyer’s Protection Fee (10%)
For every winning bid, a Buyer’s Protection Fee of 10% applies on top of the hammer price. This fee covers authentication, secure payment handling and customer support throughout the process.

Shipping costs may apply, unless you choose pickup at our store. Shipping rates (guitars & similar-sized items):
Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg: no shipping costs
EU 2 (FR, MC, DE, DK): €17.95
EU 3 (Finland, Sweden, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Slovenia): €24.95
EU 4 (Rest of EU + UK, Switzerland, Iceland & Norway): €39.95
Worldwide – USA & Canada: €199.95
Worldwide – Rest: €249.95
All shipped orders receive a Track & Trace code, so you can follow your shipment status.
Import taxes & duties (optional)
Depending on your location, import taxes and duties may apply. These costs are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your local customs regulations in advance, so you won’t be surprised by additional charges.
