As a result, the guitar possesses a robust sound with almost endless sustain; the two original Patent No. humbuckers perform exceptionally well in this guitar! A CTS code can be read on two of the potentiometers; one is from 1973 while the other can be dated to 1974. It is also visible that the pickups have been resoldered, and that the frets are original.

Over the years, the guitar has accumulated various signs of wear and dings, and is a true player; you can see it, feel it, and hear it! The guitar comes in a Hiscox hardshell case.
