Martin D35 Custom 1991
Fees & taxes
The Martin D35 is a striking guitar in its own right, but this 1991 Custom edition takes it a step further with its eye-catching decorations! Recognizable by its three-piece back, the Martin D35 has been part of Martin's standard range since its introduction in 1965.
This Custom D35 features an Indian rosewood back and sides, and a Sitka spruce top with non-scalloped bracing. This combination results in the warm, full, and well-defined sound that a Martin dreadnought is known for; warm, full, and defined with more than enough volume. To allow the guitar to truly shine when amplified, the LR Baggs iBeam pickup offers a solution.
The bridge is decorated with a Tree of Life inlay, and a Torch inlay adorns the headstock. The mahogany neck features a comfortable C-profile and is a joy to play. The guitar is further equipped with an ebony fingerboard that is inlaid in a very modest way, with only two dots on the 12th fret.
This Martin has only a few small dings on the back of the neck, along with some signs of wear on the side of the body on the lower bout on the treble side. Furthermore, the top has some light signs of wear, a few very small dings, and two very small tension lines in the finish at the corners of the bridge on the treble side. This D35 is a beautiful vintage guitar that would look great in any guitar collection!
